Woman arrested for leaving baby at store

A southern Arkansas woman who briefly left her infant in a store has been taken into custody. The two week old baby is now in state custody. Authorities say the woman apparently forgot her baby on a grocery store counter in Parker`s Chapel, near El Dorado, and drove away. She returned a few minutes later, after realizing she`d forgotten her child. Authorities planned to test the woman for drug use.
