Lt Caleb Brunson of Pine Bluff celebrated his homecoming with his family on Saturday. The 29-year-old officer spent 14 months in Kuwait with the Army Reserves. This was his first deployment in his 10 years of service with the 95th out of Camp Robinson. Military service runs in the Brunson family. Caleb`s grandfather served in the Navy in World War II. His father, also named Caleb, was in the Army in the Cold War. Caleb said his father and grandfather`s service is what prompted him to get into the Reserves during ROTC at UAPB. Now that he`s home, he plans to take a few weeks off from his job at the US Army Corps of Engineers in Pine Bluff. He wants to take a vacation and visit with his family.
