Update: Clark County Man Arrested But Missing

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
In 2003, Wayne Poland was charged with forty counts of rape and possession of child pornography. In 2004, he was supposed to face those charges in court, but he never showed up. Poland bonded out with the help of a bondsman, but if the Arkadelphia man isn`t found within two weeks, the bondsman could owe the county the cost of Poland`s bond-- $700,000. Because of the hefty price tag and fear of what Poland might do, more than a dozen bondsmen are looking for him in at least two other states.
