Member Of The 39th Dies In Iraq

An Oklahoma soldier who was serving in an Arkansas military unit has died in Iraq. Specialist Lyle Rymer of Roland was killed as he stood guard last Friday, in preparation for the Iraqi elections. A sniper opened fire at the central Baghdad location, killing him. Rymer was a member of the 39th Infantry Brigade, which is mostly a unit made up of soldiers from Arkansas.
