Ethics Professor Wants Change in Caddo Valley

Months after their police force was furloughed, dozens of residents in Caddo Valley have signed a petition asking for a drastic change. They say cuts in services and bad government decisions have forced them to request that Caddo Valley be annexed by Arkadelphia, their bigger next-door neighbor. For the plan to be put in place, Arkadelphia residents would also have to give their approval. The Caddo Valley Town Council will meet Thursday night.
