Arkansas [In]Security... Again

Last November, we found security problems at the State Capitol and the Pulaski County Administration Building. Monday, we headed north to Sherwood. Government offices were closed for the King holiday, but one office was not locked. The clerk of the hot check office, Rosetta Ramsey, says she has no idea who left the door unlocked, but she admits the office is full of all kinds of confidential papers. Sherwood`s mayor admits "someone dropped the ball" and vows to figure out who that someone is.
