Arkansas Fishing Report: September 9 - 11

Right now, the fishing is really hot on almost all the lakes. Lake Ouachita, Lake Maumelle, Lake Hamilton, Lake Conway and especially Greers Ferry.
Last week, it was a little slow but when the water cools, the shad starts coming up, creating a lot of top water action.
The bait fish are starting to move back to the coves. The fish are going to follow and you can use almost everything. Spinner baits, swim baits, crank baits, top water baits -- anything right now will work.
Don't forget Fish for the Fallen October 29. Gonna have a good dinner the night before on Friday.
