A manufacturing plant in Magnolia has been accused by at least six former employees of age or sex discrimination. Three former employees of American Fuel Cell and Coated Fabric Company sued in federal court and have cases pending. Three others who alleged age discrimination have settled out of court. Amfuel makes fuel storage cells and bags for the shipping industry, and has about 300 employees at Magnolia. In one case, a woman says she was fired three days after telling her boss she was pregnant. The company`s lawyer declined comment.
