[Un]Happy Holidays?

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
It`s considered the most wonderful time of year, but for many Arkansans the holiday season is also the most stressful time of year. Recovering alcoholics often face increased temptations. Families already dealing with the loss of a loved one often feel the pain all over again. Family members who haven`t seen each other for a year are reunited, sometimes increasing the tension and conflict. People with serious problems should consult mental health experts. For others, though, a few simple tips could help cut down on holiday stress. You`re advised to: increase your sleep, get more exercise, cut down on your schedule, and get as much sunshine as possible.
