Stocks are surging on Wall Street after three straight days of losses.

Investors are optimistic that a German court's ruling that the country can participate in a bailout of Greece could help ease the euro zone debt crisis.

The Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed a little over 275 points at today's closing bell to land above 11,400.

The S&P 500 gained about 30 points.

The Nasdaq rose more than 60 points.
