Winrock International Opens New Headquarters

Winrock International opens its new
headquarters in Little Rock today. The charity says the
three-point-five million dollar structure is filled with
energy-efficient design elements.
Winrock provides economic, agricultural and environmental aid in
the United States and in other countries.
Some neighbors around the building in the Riverdale area of
Little Rock have complained about light, noise and the appearance
of the new headquarters. Winrock says it is trying to address light
and noise concerns.
Winrock has reached an agreement for the University of Arkansas
to use its facilities on Petit Jean Mountain near Morrilton.
