Searcy Police say an arrest in Texas has solved a crime in the White County town.

Two men arrested in Beaumont, Texas had been allegedly scamming bank customers in seven states, by placing fake deposit boxes over real ones. Authorities say 33 year old Leonard Mark Head and 39 year old Johnny Douglas Johnson were arrested for a similar scam in Texas.
