ACCENT Marketing Services LLC, a member of the MDC Partners Network and provider of customer engagement solutions, today announced it is creating 40 new jobs at its Hot Springs engagement center.

The company expects to complete the hiring process within the next two months, bringing the total employee count to 574 at this location.

ACCENT is hiring additional employees to support increased call volumes on behalf of a global teleservices provider. Newly hired engagement specialists will provide customer care and technical support as well as provide information on the client's wireless products and services.

The new positions are a part of ACCENT's involvement in the jobs4america Coalition, a collection of forward-thinking businesses committed to creating a combined 100,000 new jobs in the United States. ACCENT, as a founding member of the coalition, has pledged to add 2,000 new jobs in the next two years.

"ACCENT's talented employees continue to set the standard for real-time customer engagement, and it is their proven track record of performance that contributed to securing these 40 additional positions," said Tim Searcy, ACCENT's CEO.  "As ACCENT approaches its five-year anniversary in Hot Springs, we remain committed to providing the highest level of service to our clients and this community."

Interested candidates can apply in person at the engagement center, located at 1321 Albert Pike Road in Hot Springs, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Applications will also be accepted online through ACCENT's website (click here). Additionally, the company will host an onsite job fair at its Hot Springs engagement center on Tuesday, Sept. 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or GED.

Additionally, candidates with great attitudes and a desire to create a positive customer experience are encouraged to apply. With its "work hard, have fun" culture, ACCENT provides new employees with paid training and hourly pay rates  starting at $9.05 per hour with bonus opportunities as well as a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
