Vice President Dick Cheney has spent Friday morning hunting in the White River National Wildlife Refuge in Arkansas. Cheney kept his plans for the 24-hour visit under wraps until it was nearly over. Dick Bell of Stuttgart, a one-time assistant U-S agriculture secretary told The Associated Press that Cheney`s visit to Arkansas was a private pleasure trip and few details were available. A number of roads were closed and airspace was restricted in advance of Cheney`s visit.
