The Clinton Presidential Library more than
doubled the projected 10,000 visitors that officials expected
during the three days following Thanksgiving. Skip Rutherford,
president of the Clinton Foundation that built the library, said
visitation at the library totaled 21,525 on Friday,
Saturday and Sunday.
Rutherford said that, yesterday, the library was open only from
one pm to five pm, and nearly 4,000 people visited. The
total for the day was 3,968.
He said that license plates in the parking lot showed that the
visitors came from all over the country.
