Holiday Driving Tips For Wet Roads

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
If you plan on hitting the road in the next couple of days, plan on driving in wet conditions. Here are some basic tips. Before you leave, check your wipers (they`re supposed to be changed at least once a year). Also, check tires to make sure the treads are okay. Make sure your headlights are working well, too. Once you`re in the car and on the road, make sure you keep a safe distance from the car in front of you. Also try to head into a middle lane-- chances are there`s less water there. Most important, stay patient. After all, this is the time for giving thanks, not grief.
