Bill Clinton has dedicated his presidential library. The weather for the outdoor dedication didn`t match the sparkling exhibits inside, but speakers and performers braved the cold and rainy conditions to pay tribute to Clinton and the nation. President Bush praised Clinton`s determination to help people, and Clinton spoke well of Bush saying they disagree on policy but both want to advance the US and other nations. Clinton remembered his late mother Virginia Kelley and said he hopes his presidential center is indeed a bridge that helps bring shared values and prosperity during the 21st century. Clinton says he hopes his library will spur more people to make public service a career.
