Former Wal-Mart Executive Pleads Guilty To Taking Kickback

A former Wal-Mart executive has entered a guilty plea to taking a kickback from suppliers to the world`s largest retailer. 47 year old Clifford H. Pruitt Junior, who lived in Bentonville but now lives in Tallahassee, Florida, entered a guilty plea in federal court to a charge that he received a kickback through the US mail. The US attorney`s office announced the plea today. Pruitt faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000 dollars.
