Hog Calling And History At Library Site

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
Folks assembling in the bleachers for the opening of the Clinton Presidential Library are calling the hogs as they work to stay dry and warm. President and Mrs. Bush have arrived in Little Rock and will soon be at the library grounds. Plenty of people are still in the long line, waiting to go through security to get to their seats for the dedication. The River Market area was ready for a crowd of about 10,000 people but the rain appears to be keeping them away. Few people are in the area who don`t have tickets for the main event. Arkansans milling around say they are excited that the library will give Little Rock a place in history and that it will cast the state in a favorable light for the nation and the world.
