Three Arrested in Jonesboro Homicide

Jonesboro Police have made three arrests in their investigation of a homicide last week and say one of the suspects is related to the victim.

On the afternoon of August 24, officers were called to 4320 Jennie Drive in south Jonesboro after receiving a report of an unresponsive person there. 

Upon arrival, officers found Marc Evan Despain, 34, dead of an apparent gunshot wound and determined he had been murdered. 

Today, the following suspects were arrested:
  • Terrance Odell Barker, 27, of 1828 Rosemond St in Jonesboro
  • Carl Dwayne Kelley, 58, of 721 Gentry Street, Paragould (Father-in-law of the victim).
  • Johnny H. Hubbard, 51, of 1512 Broadmoor St. in Jonesboro  
Jonesboro detectives continue to work on the case but are not releasing any additional information.
