Convention Center To Name Virginia Clinton Kelley Room

A room at the Hot Springs Civic and Convention Center will be named on Monday for Bill Clinton`s mother and stepfather. The Virginia Clinton Kelley and Dick Kelley Room will honor the contributions the late Mrs- Kelley and her surviving husband made to the Spa City. Mr- Kelley is expected to attended the Monday morning event along with many of the former president`s Arkansas friends. Clinton`s presidential library is set to open in Little Rock on November 18th.
