NLR Tables Vote On Pitbull Ban

Pitbulls will be allowed in North Little Rock -- at least for the next two weeks. The City Council decided to table a vote that would have banned the dogs from the city. City Council members wanted to get more input from animal experts before making a decision. A vote could come at the next meeting on November 22.
