The city of North Little Rock says it will offer tours of the USS Razorback submarine the week the Clinton Presidential Library opens. The World War Two-era vessel will be moved to a dock at the Main Street Bridge on the Arkansas River. The tours will start on November 16th and last at least through November 20th. Tours will cost ten dollars for adults, five dollars for children 13 to 17 and will be free for children five through 12. Children younger than five won`t be admitted. The submarine will be the central exhibit of a planned maritime museum in North Little Rock. On the south side of the river, the Clinton library opens November 18th.
