Tumey Yet To Concede Legislature Loss To Hutchinson

Democrat Robbyn Tumey has yet to
concede defeat in her state legislative race against Republican
Timothy Hutchinson. She is still deciding whether to pursue a
lawsuit against her opponent.
With complete but unofficial results in the House District 95
contest, Hutchinson had 63 percent of the vote, while Tumey had 37
percent.
Tumey lost a lawsuit she filed challenging Hutchinson`s
residency for the northwest Arkansas district.
Tumey is to hold a news conference later this morning.
