Venue changed for Sunday rally featuring Clinton

Former president Bill Clinton will get to speak to a larger crowd Sunday evening when he returns to his home state to rally support for John Kerry. Kerry-Edwards campaign officials in Arkansas said today they have moved the site of the rally to the Statehouse Convention Center in downtown Little Rock. They said requests for tickets exceeded the capacity of the venue announced yesterday, the Aerospace Education Center near the Little Rock Airport. But that site can hold no more than a thousand people. Rodney Shelton, Kerry`s campaign director in Arkansas, said requests for tickets today had already exceeded that number. He said the Statehouse Convention Center will hold more than two-thousand people. He said the response to news of the rally had been phenomenal, and organizers want to accommodate all that want to come out.
