The City of Pine Bluff is a million dollars richer, thanks to a grant. The $1.5 million will be used to build an ampitheatre and shopping pavilion on both sides of Lake Pine Bluff. "This is a shot in the arm that our town dearly deserves and desperately needs," said Mayor Dutch King. About 421 jobs are expected to be created, officials said. Construction may be completed in nine months.
