Hot Springs Men Under Arrest In Connection With School Burglary

Hot Springs Police have arrested two men accused of stealing $35,000 worth of electronic equipment from a local school. William Cason, 18, along with a 14-year old boy are accused of breaking into the Lakeside School on Malvern on October 4. Acting on a tip, police recovered the equipment and returned it to the school. Cason was charged with two felony counts of commercial burglary and one count of theft over $2,500. He is being held in the Garland County Jail without bond. The juvenile, who is also a student at the school, was charged with three felony counts of commercial burglary and one count of theft over $2,500. He is being held in the Garland County Juvenile Detention Center. Police say they expect to make more arrests.
