Amanda Mullins, 25, was arrested on suspicion of permitting abuse of a child after deputies say she did nothing while her son tried to drown his brother. Mullins called 911 Monday morning after finding her youngest child in a tub of water. Deputies said she told them her 4-year old admitted pushing his head under water repeatedly. But deputies say this isn`t the first time Mullins` son tried to harm his brother. Mullins was released on a $5,000 bond and is slated to appear in court November 16.
