A Pulaski County Circuit Court jury has convicted a man of capital murder. Still to be decided is whether the man should be executed or spend the rest of his life in prison. The jury returned its verdict Wednesday, convicting 26-year-old Hernando Traylor of killing 26-year-old Bobby McGhee in a robbery at McGhee`s apartment last November. The jury is scheduled to return to court today for the penalty phase of the trial. Traylor`s brother, Olando Traylor, is also charged with capital murder in the slaying. Prosecutors say they will not seek the death penalty for Olando Traylor. Execution or life imprisonment without parole are the only two penalties for capital murder under Arkansas law.
