Federal agents have arrested a man who allegedly threatened to blow up a bank and a hospital in Danville if he was not paid 40-thousand dollars. Officials say 40 year old William Keith Brand of Belleville was bluffing, but he still faces charges. He is accused of threatening to blow up the Chambers Bank in Danville and the Chambers Memorial Hospital. Authorities said Brand was in need of money and was also upset because he was turned down twice by the bank when he applied for loans.
