A December first hearing is set for the man suspected of killing University of Oklahoma ballerina Juli Busken. Busken was getting ready to go home to Benton, Arkansas, for Christmas break when she was killed. The preliminary hearing for Anthony Sanchez is to determine if there is enough evidence to put him on trial for first degree murder. Sanchez is also charged with rape, sodomy and kidnapping Busken. Prosecutors have said they`ll seek the death penalty. Sanchez was serving time in prison in an unrelated case when DNA evidence tied him to Busken`s murder in 1996 murder. Sanchez is now being held without bail in the Cleveland County jail.
