Updated: January 7, 2009
Saying she had nothing to do with her husband`s death, Ann Throneberry has requested that her father-in-law`s wrongful death lawsuit against her be dismissed. Throneberry, along with her lover, Mark Holsombach, and his roommate, William Frazier, face charges of capital murder in the death of her husband, Ted Throneberry. The three were captured in April after police searched the Ozark Mountains for two weeks. Investigators found charred human remains near the Throneberry`s property that they say are Ted Throneberry. They believe he was hit with a sledge hammer with a broken handle, then the body moved to another location on the property and burned. Throneberry`s father-in-law, Vernie Throneberry filed a lawsuit against the three on August Sixth, claiming they conspired to kill his son. He is seeking compensation for mental anguish, fear and apprehension of death endured by his son.
