Russellville Man Gets 18th Ticket

The Russellville police officer who pulled over Jutun Markel Mills for his 18th driving-while-suspended ticket knew Mills so well that he had his license plate number memorized. Mills was pulled over on August third, and was in court Wednesday. A judge sentenced him to 30 days in jail, and added a $100 for driving without insurance. District Judge Don Bourne cited Mills` "flagrant disregard for the law" in sending Mills to jail.
