Vice President Dick Cheney plans to visit Blytheville on Tuesday September 14. The party said that Cheney would attend an R.N.C. victory rally at a warehouse in the Arkansas Delta town. Cheney`s visit to Blytheville comes less than two weeks after President Bush switched planes at the town`s airport on Labor Day on the way to a visit in Missouri. This will be Cheney`s fourth visit to the state this year. His last visit to Arkansas was August third when he was in Fort Smith, where he spoke about the war in Iraq. At that appearance, Cheney spoke before a crowd of one thousand, saying that if the country appeared weak it would invite more terrorist attacks.
