Arkadelphia police say the body of a missing Clark County man, who was apparently fishing on a nearby pond, was found late last night in the water. Thirty-Three year old Henry Weller was last seen by his girlfriend Barbara Falk on Sunday evening. Falk said he told her he was going to see a friend, but never returned home. Police searched the area on Monday and found Weller`s truck parked at the dock, his homemade boat capsized and his fishing pole floating in the water. Harris said the boat did not appear safe. However, Weller`s friends say he often fished from the boat, sitting in it in a lawn chair with an anchor tied to it. Harris said he may have become tangled. Authorities say they believe Weller fell into the water Sunday night or early Monday while fishing. Harris said it appears to be a drowning, but that the body will be sent to the medical examiner`s office to make sure.
