Ducks in the way of new Conway Airport.

By: Import User
Updated: January 7, 2009
The city of Conway recently voted to begin a $250,000 study on the migration of ducks. The FAA and the state will be picking up the tab. The study will be conducted at the site of a proposed airport 6 miles from Interstate 40 on Lolli Road. Development cannot begin until it is determined just how many ducks migrate to that area. The ducks could be a hazard to the pilots.
