The administrator of the Crittenden County Jail has been arrested for allegedly agreeing to provide slightly more than two ounces of cocaine to an inmate. Reginald Abram was arrested Monday in an undercover operation by West Memphis police. West Memphis Assistant Police Chief Mike Allen said the agency was informed that Abram was using his position to break the law. Allen said Abram agreed to a payment of one thousand dollars to take the package of drugs into the county jail, and that he was given 900 dollars in marked bills and the drugs. Allen said the cocaine was in a clear plastic bag which Abram then wrapped it in black tape.
