Pine Bluff Weighs Slave Reparations

For the second time in a year, the Pine Bluff City Council is grappling with the controversial issue of slave reparations. Last November, council members gave their approval to studying the issue, but the mayor never took any action, citing what he called the resolution`s inflammatory language. Monday night, council members once again heard testimony about the resolution. The mayor questions the timing and says it`s just another example of playing politics.
