The circuit court lawsuit filed in Clinton also accuses the woman of being present when Ted Throneberry was beaten. Criminal charges are pending in Ted Throneberry`s death. Ann Throneberry, Mark Holsombach and William Frazier have been charged in connection with the shooting of an Arkansas State Police corporal in March.
