A state House candidate will present her case to have a challenger disqualified for not meeting residency requirements at hearing on Friday. Democrat Robbyn Tumey of Rogers has filed a lawsuit seeking to disqualify Republican Timothy Hutchinson of Lowell in the District 95 race. The lawsuit claims Hutchinson hasn`t lived long enough in the district to qualify as a candidate. Tumey`s campaign manager said Pulaski County Circuit Judge Tim Fox has set a nine am hearing on Friday in Little Rock. The state Constitution requires legislative candidates to have lived in the district a year before an election. Tumey claims Hutchinson rented a duplex in the district but did not actually live there until last spring.
