Registered Sex Offender Faces New Charges

A registered sex offender finds himself back in jail, once again facing charges of child molestation. 33 year-old Venson Ferguson of Hot Springs faces a Class Y felony charge for allegedly luring a ten year-old boy to his home and having the boy perform a sexual act. If convicted, Ferguson could face anywhere from 10 years to life in prison.
