Clinton Papers Moved To New Library Site

Crews this morning loaded 80 boxes of correspondence from Bill Clinton`s time in the White House onto a truck headed toward its archival home at Clinton`s presidential library. Earlier, a 24-foot truck took the first materials to the Clinton Presidential Library on the east side of the downtown area. The truck hauled computer servers and related equipment. The archived documents are being moved from the temporary Clinton Materials Project at the former Balch Oldsmobile dealership. The Presidential Center is scheduled to open November 18th. Fry-Wagner of Kansas City, Missouri, is in charge of the move. Crews will begin loading tractor-trailers with boxes and other office materials today. The process is expected to take several weeks. Fry-Wagner plans to have a load transported every 30 minutes.
