Police in southwest Arkansas found a shook-up puppy and arrested four people after a bank robbery and chase. After a man was seen robbing the Century Bank in Texarkana Wednesday morning, police tracked his getaway car into Lafayette County, 30 miles to the east. The chase appeared to be over when the man started to surrender to police, but then he retreated to his car and took off again. Pursuing deputies finally caught up to him at a road block five miles away in Stamps. They arrested 20-year-old Brian Shuck of Northfield, Maine, the driver of the car, as well as three passengers. They also found a puppy in the car, which was reported stolen from Florida.
