Soldier Buried In Arkansas

Mourners in Prescott buried Army Private Van Ryan Marcum yesterday. The 21-year-old was electrocuted this month
during training exercises at Fort Benning, Georgia. Speakers remembered the soldier as an athletic and respectful man who loved his family. Marcum was halfway through his 14-week basic infantry training when he touched a charged metal structure at a training
range on June 19.
