Huckabee Looks To Improve State Roads

Gov. Mike Huckabee is drafting a proposal which would repair state roads. Huckabee hopes to raise money through bond sales. A similar highway program, which generated $575 million for interstate highways, passed the legislature in 1997. The proposal should be ready by fall.
