Beverly To Sell Ten Arkansas Nursing homes

Ten Arkansas nursing homes owned by the nation`s largest chain of such facilities are being sold to a Maryland company. Beverly Enterprises Incorporated has filed papers with the state office of Long-Term Care to sell the homes to Perennial Healthcare Management, LLC at Monkton, Maryland. Beverly now has 29 nursing homes and two assisted-living centers in Arkansas. The facilities to be sold are at West Memphis, Jonesboro, Searcy, Magnolia, Morrilton, Bryant, Benton, Monticello and Lake Village. A state official says the pending effective date for change of ownership is July First.
