Arkansas Delegation Agrees On Defense Spending Bill

All four Arkansans in the House of Representatives are in the majority on a defense spending bill for 2005. The 417 billion dollar bill passed yesterday. Representatives Marion Berry, Mike Ross, Vic Snyder and John Boozman -- all from Arkansas -- voted in favor. Voting to pass the bill were 181 Democrats, 221 Republicans and one independent. Voting against it were 16 Democrats and one Republican.
