Pine Bluff Parks Commissioners voted to uphold disciplinary actions Parks Director Rickey Parks took against an employee. Randall Blake had an argument with ballplayers on a field he was working. The players, Blake says, refused to leave despite repeated requests. Witnesses said Blake pulled a gun, but a police search turned up nothing. Blake was written up by Parks unbeknownst to the Commissioners. After an executive session, members agreed to uphold the punishment. In a related ruling, members fired Parks Employee Louis Moss over mishandled funds.
