Man arrested in slaying of woman at Lonoke

Police in Lonoke say they have made an arrest in the slaying of a 21-year-old woman whose body was found Wednesday. Twenty-two-year-old Damien Christopher Jones of Lonoke is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Brittany Cole. Police won`t say how the young woman died. Jones was being held without bond at the Lonoke jail.
