Chad Green, the son of convicted killer Billy Dale Green, was sentenced to 40 years in prison Thursday for his role in the killings of a Dalton family of four. Chad Green had pleaded guilty to one count each of first-degree murder and kidnapping. He pleaded no contest to two counts of raping a seven-year-old girl eight years ago. Prosecutors accepted a plea agreement in exchange for Chad Green`s testimony against his father. Billy Dale Green was convicted last week of four counts of capital murder and one count of kidnapping. A second son, Jason Green, was charged with hindering apprehension. The Greens were convicted of killing Carl Allen Elliott, his wife Lisa, and their two children, 7-year-old Gregory and 8-year-old Felicia. Chad Green was sent to the Arkansas Department of Corrections at Pine Bluff.
